Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process.
Life coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.
The list of Soft Skills is almost infinite but includes important skills such as Collaboration, Communication, Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, Empathy, Kindness, Cultural Awareness, Adaptability, Resilience, Responsibility, Accountability, Creativity, Team Work, Critical Thinking, Leadershi[p, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, Decision-Making, Flexibility, Networking, Self-Motivation, Active Listening, Integrity and so many more! Just by becoming aware of and more experienced in these skills you can transform the important relationships in your life! Become a better parent, employee, boss, son/daughter, sibling and friend! Soft Skills are the Super Power needed to excel in all areas of your life.
Life coaching sessions can vary in length but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.
