ENGAGEMENT MODELS
How clients work with the practice
Most engagements follow one of three patterns: the audit as a discrete starting point, a defined project, or an ongoing retainer for partnership management. Engagement letters define the exact scope, deliverables, and timing. The following is for example purposes only, as most engagements will be customized based on your needs and defined by an engagement letter.
The CSR Audit — $3,500 – $7,500
Confidential review of current giving, anonymous employee engagement survey, written findings, prioritized recommendations, and red-flag watchlist. Typically four to six weeks. This is the entry point for most client engagements.
Project Engagements — Scoped per project
For companies with a defined initiative: sponsorship negotiation for a specific partnership, employee engagement program launch, media activation for an existing sponsorship, or strategic refresh of an existing CSR program.
Retainer Tiers — Ongoing Partnership Management
Foundation — $1,500 – $2,500 / month
One nonprofit partnership managed end-to-end. Monthly reporting. Event coordination. Suitable for companies launching their first formal community partnership.
Strategic — $3,000 – $4,000 / month
Two to three nonprofit partnerships. Employee engagement programming. Annual CSR calendar. Quarterly impact reporting. Suitable for companies committed to community presence as a sustained business strategy.
Comprehensive — $5,500 – $8,000 / month
Full CSR program management across multiple partnerships. Media coordination and earned-media development. Board placement support. Executive community presence development. Suitable for companies treating CSR as a core competency.
Non-Profit Development: Pricing based on scope of work or event. I am happy to help you increase your event revenue, set up new events, or employee or Board training.
